Denkuhin 630-7500 Vacuum Breaker Service Parts Kit Compatible with Outdoor Wall Hydrant Series 400/500
- Utilize pliers to remove the old vacuum breaker bonnet by turning it counter-clockwise.
- Pry off the old plastic vacuum breaker cap by using two screwdrivers, one on either side of the valve from underneath the cap.
- Shut the valve off using the handle.
- Remove the old vacuum breaker plunger assembly.
- Ensure the rubber seal and the center plastic pin are pointing upwards, then set the new vacuum breaker plunger assembly in place.
- Assemble the new plastic vacuum breaker bonnet by turning it clockwise with pliers. The bonnet needs to be tightened firmly.
- Press the new cap squarely and firmly straight down over the new bonnet.
